Smart Urban Living has prepared proposals for the redevelopment of 2A Streatham Hill and 1A Streatham Place. Retaining the notable Crown & Sceptre pub façade, a partial demolition and redevelopment could provide:

  • A refurbished pub featuring a manager’s apartment
  • 100 Co-Living units with private and shared amenity space
  • 103 sqm of co-working space (around 60 people) exceeding the existing workspace space at 1A Streatham Place
