The total workspace of 103 sqm would exceed the existing total employment space at 1A Streatham Place and provide a total of 60 workings spaces.

Based on local demand, our design includes a mix of working booths, desks, wall stations and a meeting room, a kitchenette break out space, and call and podcasts rooms. In previous developments, co-working spaces have also hosted networking and social events.
